Daily Poster Maker (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built the Daily Poster Maker app as a free/paid service (as applicable). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1) Information We Collect
a) Information you provide
- Contact details you share with us for support (e.g., email address).
- Business information you optionally add to designs (brand name, phone, address, logo).
- User-generated content you create or upload in the App (images, text, posters, videos).
b) Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device model, OS version, language, app version, time zone.
- Usage and diagnostics: screens and features used (e.g., Home, Personal, Categories, Custom Editor, Branding), events (save/share/download), performance metrics, and crash logs.
- Advertising identifiers and basic analytics events, as supported by our SDK partners.
c) Permissions used by the App
- Camera & Photos/Media: to capture/import images for posters and save exports to your device.
- Storage / Media (Read/Write): to read assets you select and to save/download posters or videos you create.
- Network: to fetch templates, categories (festivals, business, political), updates, and to serve ads/notifications.
- Notifications: to send festival reminders, template updates, offers, and account or payment updates.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and improve core features: dynamic slider, daily/personal posts, upcoming festivals & days, political & business categories, custom sections, templates, video templates, and sharing/downloading.
- Personalize content and recommendations inside the App.
- Process subscriptions and in-app purchases and provide customer support.
- Send push notifications about important updates (you can disable these in device settings).
- Monitor, analyze, and improve App performance, stability, and security.
3) Third-Party Services We Use
The App integrates SDKs that may collect limited information according to their own policies:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- OneSignal (push notifications)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Paytm, Razorpay, PhonePe, Stripe (payments)
- Huawei ML Kit (where applicable)

4) Data Storage & Security
We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. Designs you create are primarily stored on your device unless you choose to back up, sync, or share them using third-party services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5) Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We may share information with service providers strictly to operate features (analytics, crash reporting, ads, notifications, and payments) under confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or investigate abuse.
6) Your Rights & Choices
- Access/Correction/Deletion: You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at infotwich123@gmail.com. We will complete verified deletion requests within 24 hours.
- Opt-out of notifications: Disable push notifications in your device settings.
- Advertising preferences: You can reset or limit the use of your device’s advertising ID in system settings.
7) Copyright & Malicious Content
If you discover any content in the App that is copyrighted, inappropriate, or malicious, please email infotwich123@gmail.com with details. We will review and remove reported items within 24 hours where appropriate.
8) Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9) Cookies
The mobile App does not use cookies. Integrated third-party web views or websites you open from the App may use cookies according to their policies.
10) International Users
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to such processing subject to this Policy.
11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
